We hope everyone is doing ok and that finally things are beginning to open up all over Scotland and will continue to do so over the next few weeks. It is great to see galleries and workshops starting to open up and cautiously function again. We are currently waiting to receive the new Scottish Government guidelines and hope this will be updated over the coming week. The current Creative Studios and Shared Workspaces guidance is available to view here creative-studios-and-shared-workspaces

Fair Work Contract Templates Online Launch Event,

on Thursday 3rd June 11am-12.30pm

Scottish Artists Union has been working to embed Fair Work practices and raise awareness of Fair Work in the visual arts, part of this has been to develop a set of Contract templates that are specifically aimed at the needs of artists and makers.

The new Fair Work Contracts and guidance materials produced in collaboration with Philip Hannay, of Cloch Solicitors Ltd*, will be used to organise & support our membership around challenging unfair work in their professional lives, allowing individual artists the tools to set their own agendas when it comes to contracts.

Join us at an online event to launch the new Fair Work Contracts and guidance materials produced in collaboration with Philip Hannay, of Cloch Solicitors Ltd*.

For more information or to sign up to take part in the events please go to the event page here.
