Coronavirus update: Support for members

We know that you will be working on your own contingency plans but we are here to help and give advice in any way that we can. It is likely our staff team will be working from home over the next weeks, but we are going to be working hard to support you in the coming days and weeks.

Please be aware that we are part time team. Our Membership Administrator Fiona will be available this week to receive messages and pass on to the relevant staff member and/or Executive Member. Should you phone and not receive an answer, you can leave a message which will come through to us via email. 

We are trying to remotely update the message on our answer-machine and we would recommend that you email as a back-up to leaving voicemail messages. We will try to respond to your questions, but please bear in mind that staff are  dealing with their own personal and family commitments during this difficult time, alongside keeping the union functioning.
