In January 2021, we created a website building course for artists. This 'Online Archives' course serves as a follow-up to our website building course by providing training and development on how to populate an artist’s website with professional content and materials. More than ever, our work resides online and it is important for artists to have an online presence and get to grips with basic fundamentals in online marketing: effective voice, confident writing and evocative imagery. This is a 3 part course and will consist of three lessons; how to write an artist statement, how to create a bio & CV and how to document your practice including taking your own photographs and/or working with a professional photographer. Members don't need to have completed the website building course to take part and are welcome to join all 3 sessions or pick 1 that feels most relevant and useful. Click here for more info. 

This course is FREE for all Scottish Artists Union members. Limited capacity and places will be given on a first come first serve basis. To attend, please RSVP below and fill out the registration form in the confirmation email.
