Union President Lynda joins Greens panel

Scottish Artists Union President Lynda Graham will join with other leading figures in the arts to discuss this crisis time for culture in Scotland with Scottish Green MSP Ross Greer.

Friday 3rd July 2020 at 2pm

With venues closing and self-employed people facing an uncertain future, Ross (Green member on the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Affairs Committee) will hear from artists about what needs to happen to help the arts build back better in Scotland.

Lynda will join fellow trade unionist Caroline Sewell from the Musicians Union and playwright and screenwriter, Peter Arnott.

We have been listening to our members throughout this crisis conducting surveys on studio and workspace access, as well as the safety net provided by Creative Scotland, UK HMRC and the Scottish Government.

You can follow the discussion live on https://greens.scot/live and post below the issues and questions you want Lynda to raise.

If you want to discuss an issue confidentially email Lynda directly on [email protected]

Yours in Solidarity,

Scottish Artists Union
